Return and Refund Policy
At Sweetwater South, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our items are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
How to Request a Return
Email us at sweetwater1@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the defective or incorrect item
Resolution
If your item qualifies, we will send a free replacement at no charge to you. You are not required to return the defective item.
Return Shipping
If a physical return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective or incorrect items. For situations that do not qualify under our policy, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that are the correct size, style, and free of defects
- Items returned due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind
