Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Processing Time

All Sweetwater South products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be fulfilled and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been fulfilled, standard shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. Total delivery time is generally 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $60
  • Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $60 and are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at sweetwater1@gmail.com and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
